The Family of John Dickinson

John Dickinson was born about 1781 (from age at death).

John married Mary Wilson 25 June 1807 at Bilbrough, Yorks.

In 1841, at Bilbrough, John was aged 55, a wheelwright. With him were Mary, aged 55 and William aged 20 (no occupation). All were born in the county.

John was buried at St James, Bilbrough. The gravestone reads “In memory of John Dickinson who died March 17^th 1845 aged 64 years also of Mary wife of the above who died September 6^th 1851 aged 80 years”.

John and Mary's children were:

7. James, baptised 25 March 1821 at Bilbrough
8. William, baptised 25 March 1821 at Bilbrough
9. Thomas, baptised 13 November 1825 at Bilbrough
