Georgiana
Caroline Osborn
She was born
about 1808, a daughter of Henry
Osborn and Elizabeth.
She married,
by licence, Francis Hutchinson, 30 March 1837 at St Luke’s West Norwood
(Lambeth, Surrey). She was of the
district of St Luke Norwood, spinster, and he was a bachelor of St Bride,
London. The witnesses were Jane
Hutchinson, Francis Blake and Henry David
Osborn.
Her death was
registered in the March quarter 1877 in the Pancras district. She was aged 77.
In the census
of 1881 (transcript) at 29 Woburn Place, Pancras, London, Francis was aged 76,
a widower and general practitioner, FRCS and LRCP Eding,
born in Newsham, Yorks. With him was his daughter Ann W. aged 37 and
born in London City. There were 4
servants, a nurse, a footman, a cook and a housemaid.

Hutchinson (1837 – 1910), baptised 20 December 1837 at St
Bride Fleet Street. He may have married
Alice Hughes or Clara James in the Watford district in the June quarter

Henry Osborn Hutchinson
(1839 – 1929), born 11 January 1839 and baptised 6
February 1839 at St Bride Fleet Street.
Between
29 September 1862 and 7 October 1867 he was in partnership with his uncles,
Thomas and Mark Hutchinson, carpet manufacturers at Barnescray,
Kent and carpet manufacturers and Warehousemen at 5 Bread Street, London.
He
married first his cousin Agnes Ellen Anderson (daughter of Isabella and John
Anderson) 14 September 1865 at St John’s, Paddington [1],
(registered in the Kensington district in the September quarter 1865). Agnes Ellen died 26 July 1868 at Glion, near Montreux, Switzerland
and his addresses in a probate notice were Chalfont Lodge, Campden
Hill, Kensington and Cannes, France [1].
He
married secondly Hannah Elizabeth Armitt in the
Kensington district in the December quarter 1872.
In
1881 (transcript) at 7 Colville Gardens, Kensington Town, Henry O. was aged 44,
a merchant born in London, Middx. His wife, Hannah E. was aged 35 and born in
Kensington and his children were Aine M (now
identified as Agnes M.) aged 12 a British subject born
in Switzerland, Ethel B. aged 7 and Winifred M. aged 6 both born in Paddington
and Theodora aged 4 born in Regents Park.
There were 3 servants.
His
death was registered in the Dorchester district in the March quarter 1929. He was aged 90.

Hutchinson (1844 – 1893), birth registered in the West
London district in the March quarter 1844 and baptised 9 April 1844 at St Bride
Fleet Street.
In
1881 she was living with her father, aged 37 and born in London City.
Her
death (Ann Weighall H.) was registered in the St
Giles district in the September quarter 1893.
She was aged 49.
