The Family of Agnes Childrey Watts formerly Lucy (1786 - 1866)

Agnes was baptised 19th March 1786 at St Mary's Newington, Surrey, a daughter of William Lucy and Agnes.

She married John Watts 1 June 1823 at St Olave, Southwark.

In 1851, at 17 Nelson Street, Bermondsey, John Watts was aged 53, a fishmonger (out Greenwich ?) and born in St George's Hanover Square. His wife, Agnes was aged 66 (born therefore about 1784) and born in Newington, Surrey. With them was their unmarried daughter, Ann Martha aged 22, a hat crown sewer and born in St George's Southwark.

Agnes Childrey Watts was buried at Camberwell Old Cemetery 16 April 1866.

John Watts was buried in the same plot at Camberwell Old Cemetery 31 January 1871 aged 71 years.

Agnes Childrey and John's children were

    1. Elizabeth Mary Watts, born 25 May 1824 and baptised 20 June 1824 at St Saviour Southwark.
    2. John George Watts, baptised 12 February 1826 at St Saviour Southwark.
    3. Ann Martha Watts, baptised 6 July 1828 at St Saviour Southwark.
