John Killingbeck was born 2 September 1785 and baptised 3 September 1785 at Riccall, a son of Thomas, labourer (son of Thomas - sic - and Mary of Cawood) and Mary (daughter of James Ruff of Riccall, farmer, and Jane).
In 1841, in Barlby, he was aged 55, an agricultural labourer with Ann aged 55. Both were born in the county.
In 1851 at Barlby, John was aged 67 farmering (sic) 1 acre an agricultural labourer and born at Riccall. His wife, Ann was aged 68 and born at Barlby.
Ann Killingbeck was buried 5 May 1860 at Barlby aged 77.
In 1861, at Riccall, John was a lodger, a widower aged 76, a retired farmer born at Riccall, in the household of Mary Hudson a widow aged 73 a laundress born at Wistow and her unmarried son George, a woodman aged 35 and born at Riccall.
John Killingbeck was buried 12 November 1863 at Barlby aged 78. He was from Riccall but was late of Barlby.
