The Family of Ishmael Cutter ( - 1715)

Ishmael married Anne Leader on 1 October 1677, at Dullingham, Cambs.

Anne was buried 27 June 1710 at Dullingham.

Ishmael was buried 18 December 1715 at Dullingham.

Ishmael's will was dated 16 July 1715 and probate was given 26 November 1720 (Consistory Court of Ely). Ishmael was a labourer of Dullingham and he mentions five children, John (eldest son), Thomas, Mary, Ann and Sarah. Thomas was given the house and its ground etc. and the other four children were (most likely) given £4 each. Sarah was unmarried at the date of the will.

Ishmael and Anne's children were:

1. Mary, baptised 29 May 1678 at Dullingham.
2. Daughter, buried 18 January 1679 at Dullingham.
3. Ishmael (1682 – 1712), baptised 26 March 1682 at Dullingham. He was buried 30 March 1712 at Dullingham.
4. Anne, baptised 27 October 1684 at Dullingham.
5. John, baptised 3 February 1686 at Dullingham.
6. Thomas, baptised 9 March 1689 at Dullingham.

7. Sarah (1695/6 – 1732), baptised 19 January 1695 at Dullingham. She married Thomas Smee (born 21 November 1697) 26 January 1723 at Horseheath. She was buried 13 April 1732 at Brinkley, Cambs. Thomas was buried 31 July 1770 at Brinkley. Sarah and Thomas's children were:

Thomas, baptised 27 March 1726 at Burrough Green, Cambs.

John (1729 - 1730), baptised 1 December 1729 at Burrough Green, Cambs. He was buried 11 March 1730 at Burrough Green.
