He was born about 1853.
He married Dinah Hawkins at Manningford Bruce, 22 July 1873. He was aged 20, a thatcher, a son of George Guley, a thatcher. Dinah was aged 17, a servant, a daughter of George Hawkins, a railway servant. They were both of Manningford Bruce. The witnesses were Frederick Edward Guley and Jane Perratt.
In 1881, at Manningford Bruce, he was aged 28, an agricultural labourer, born at Manningford Bruce. His wife was Dinah, aged 26, born at Manningford Bohune and his children were Agusta Eliza aged 7 and Walter George aged 4, both born at Manningford Bruce.
Isaac was buried at Manningford Bruce 14 February 1894 aged 40 years.
Dinah married again, to Alfred Pearce, at Manningford Bruce, on 28 July 1894. She was a widow, aged 36, a daughter of George Hawkins, a plate layer. Alfred was a widower aged 29, a thatcher and son of Thomas Pearce, a thatcher. They were both of Manningford Bruce and the witnesses were Dinah's daughter, Augusta Eliza Guley and Charles Farr.
