John Deliston was baptised 4 February 1607 at Babraham, a son of Robert Dilliston and Thomasin formerly Grigg (married 2 June 1607 at Babraham). Thomasin Deliston was buried 12 March 1658/9 at Babraham.
He married Sarah Perye (in the BTs in the baptisms of the children she is Sarah, but in the register in the baptisms she is Mary) 29 November 1635 at Babraham.
Sarah was buried 14 June 1679 at Great Abington.
John and Sarah's child was:
Mary Deliston (1643 - ,) baptised 26 March 1643 at Great Abington. She married John Browne 6 February 1663/4 at Great Abington.
