In the 1871 census of Hare Towne? Esher, living with her parents she was aged 7, born at Hoo.
There is a possible entry in the 1881 census where an Emma Branton aged 19 and born at Ipswich was a housemaid, in the household of Harry James Watson, aged 30, born Cownpore, India, Captain of the 11th Hussars, living at Bridge House, London, Middx.
She married Charles Peacock in the Kingston district (2a 513) in the December quarter 1881 (checked under both names at Freebmd site).
In the 1901 index living in East Molesey, Surrey were found Charles Peacock aged 41 born at London, Clapham, a foreman carpenter, Emma Peacock aged 37 born Suffolk Hoopess (Hoo Green?), Arthur aged 15 an apprentice…., George aged 13 an oil shop boot (!), Edith aged 10, Nellie aged 9, Harold aged 7, and Ernest aged 5, all born in East Molesey.
