Elizabeth was baptised 1 January 1795 at Sutton cum Duckmanton, a daughter of William Barlow and Martha. She gave her birthplace as Duckmanton in the censuses of Ironville where she settled after her marriage.
She married William Elliott at St John the Baptist, Staveley, 15 December 1817. They were both of Staveley.
She probably died at Ironville. A suitable death entry for Elizabeth Elliott is in the September quarter 1877 in the Belper district. She was aged 83.
